Disc wont download on ps4 error

-Wash the disc -maybe the disc is upside down (it happens) -go to notifications, then downloads, and click on the game and checks what's up IDK what else can help, I know it's happened with me but I forgot how I fixed it. Both my discs were scuffed. Disc 1: Fixed issue by ejecting the disk once i heard the whirring noise and reinserted it each time. Disc 2: I turned off my ps4 and unplugged the power cord. I waited for a few minutes and turned it back on and the next time i tried to install it worked perfectly fine.
