Ark download content file locked

Just got home and there was a small update. In the game list it says that the update is paused and on the downloads page it's showing content file locked. I've tried verifying the integrity and each time it says that 22 files need to be re-downloaded and each time I get the 'content file locked' message. Anyone had the same issue before?
