I think I remember reading on the Common App site that, for whatever reason, even if it says that only the main application has been downloaded, the supplement has been downloaded as well. Common App is not able to make updates to any downloaded forms. If a form has already been downloaded by the college, you should reach out to the college directly to get guidance on how to send them an updated school form.
