Also apps are taking forever to download. It's been a half hour and this one app is not even half-way downloaded. and in safari i noticed that it takes longer than usual to load webpages and in the app store, it is taking much longer to just load. Updates from the MAC App store, updates for my ipad iphone from my devices or via itunes on my MAC are also slow. Updates that usually complete in seconds are now taking hours. I had the same situation a few days ago it started working better but it is now back again. The problem appears to be related to Apples downloading servers. It can take forever it seems to download a program to the ipad. That link above someone provided I don't see how it had anything to do with this discussion as it seemed to be about backups NOT downloading apps. I get anywhere from 10 to 15 mips download according to my speed program so it isn't my connection. JUst Apple Apps.
