Torrent with many seeds not downloading

Consider from downloading somewhere else. I am connected to three seeders in this one torrent, the only torrent I am downloading, but I am not downloading from them! It stopped at 26% despite still connected to these three seeds. I am also connected to one leecher and he is downloading from me, but I am not downloading from the seeders. Actually, also if you happen to be using BitComet as your Torrent Client then there is also a feature in that called ‘Long Term Seeding’ which allows all of your (inactive) non seeding completed torrent downloads to still continue to remain available (obtainable) to other BitComet users (only) to download from you regardless, using whatever amount of spare uploading bandwidth you have available!.
